Abstract : Back-in-time debugging is an appealing solution to investigate bugs for which there is no obvious relation between their symptoms and their origin. In this paper we implement a tool named the Back-in-time inspector for Pharo, which provides an execution history of evaluated expressions selected from the source code. We evaluate the back-in-time inspector by investigating an unresolved bug which we are able to solve using our tool.
