Ferroelectrics- and Liquid Crystal-based Microwave Agile Devices
Résumé
This paper deals with the implementation of tunable microwave devices based on agile materials, i.e. KTN ferroelectrics and Liquid Crystals. Our previous studies about KTN ferroelectrics were mainly focused on the development of a dielectric characterization method in order to find which among two substrates is the better suited for the achievement of tunable resonators and phase-shifters. Concerning LC studies, previous results led us to change our technological process. After a brief presentation of test devices, the new process is described and results of filters implementation are given.
