PRELIB : A new digital tool for apprehending Breton literary networks ?

Résumé

PRELIB proposes a new approach to Breton-language literature within the framework of a database project in the human and social sciences. Through an interdisciplinary collaboration combining literature, social sciences and computer science, the aim is to study the relations between Breton literature and other literatures, particularly French-language literature, and the internal relations within the Breton literary field. The aim is to identify the places of sociability and the networks in which the actors and producers of the field are embedded - hence the need for data on the social and literary trajectories (institutional or otherwise) of these actors, opening the way to both literary and socio-historical analyses.
