Ticagrelor versus Aspirin in Acute Stroke or Transient Ischemic Attack.

Résumé : Ticagrelor may be a more effective antiplatelet therapy than aspirin for the prevention of recurrent stroke and cardiovascular events in patients with acute cerebral ischemia.
