Les étudiants en STAPS face à leurs employeurs : Étude comparée des représentations portées sur la filière STAPS par des étudiants en STAPS et leurs employeurs potentiels

Abstract : Mirror, my fair mirror : STAPS Students facing theirs employers. Compared study of professionnal representations about the STAPS channel between STAPS students' and potential employers' identified by the students In this study, we have compared the aspirations and professionnal representations about the staps channel of a students group in licence of university, to professionnals' involved in the sport business. The structural context of the STAPS channel has been changed for the last ten years. The students' population has been modified. She has increased and has been diversified. From this observation our question is: does the new social and schoolish students' scattering modify their professionnal representations and aspirations? We have worked on a licence 60 students group. Each of them has interviewed one professionnal person involved in the sport business whom he supposed to be a potential employer. The synthesis of the results show that among the students and the professional people interviewed, the teaching profession remains the normal and natural opening of the STAPS channel. The examination of the hypothesis made by the the students and of their panel of the professionnals they chose, show a selfdowngrading tendancy among the students opposed to the fairly good opinion the professionnals have on the STAPS channel.
