Bienvenue dans la collection HAL du Laboratoire LUBEM


LUBEM is the University Laboratory of Biodiversity and Microbial Ecology. LUBEM is a research laboratory at the Université de Bretagne Occidentale specializing in the study of the biodiversity and ecology of microorganisms, mainly in the agri-food and environmental sectors. LUBEM is an EA recognized by MESRI under the 2016-2021 five-year contract, and its 5-year strategy and project were judged Excellent by HCERES in 2016. It brings together the microbiology research activities of the UBO (University of Brest) attached to the EGAAL Doctoral School (ED 600) “Écologie, Géosciences, Agronomie, ALimentation” within the Université Bretagne-Loire. The laboratory is associated with ADRIA Développement (Quimper) within the UMT SPORE-RISK (2013-2018) and is a member of the Institut Brestois Santé- Agro- Matière (IBSAM). LUBEM has been a component of the Tremplin Carnot AgriFood Transition since 2016. LUBEM brings together members of various teaching components:

- IUT Quimper
